Switch activation is an alternative access method available on your device. By selecting Switch as an access method on Communicator 5, you can perform the click selection by pressing a button, instead of gazing for a certain time.

To turn on Switch Activation:

Before you select Switch, make sure you have a switch already plugged into one of the switch ports on the right side of the device.

Go to Gaze Interaction Settings, and under Activation you can choose between Dwell or Switch.

You can customize the click behavior, such as Minimum click duration or Minimum time between clicks as needed by selecting Change.
