In this video, we’ll show you how to share your screen during a Microsoft Teams’ video call.

Start by opening the Microsoft Teams app on your device.

First, select the button Join in a meeting. You will need to insert a Meeting ID and a Passcode provided by the team. On this page, you will need to disable the audio by selecting the Speaker icon and toggling the audio off. Under Meeting, insert your name and select Join now.

Once you’re in the meeting, look for the Share icon in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.

Select the Share button. You’ll see options to Share your screen, Share photo or Share video. Select Share screen and then Share Without Audio. Now select Start Broadcast. You just need to swipe up from the top to the button to go back to the home page. All participants will be able to see your screen.
