Charging Your TD Pilot

The TD pilot must be turned on and plugged in to an external power source for both the iPad and TD Pilot base to charge simultaneously.

You do not have to charge the iPad separately from the TD Pilot base.

When your TD Pilot is not in use. You can leave it plugged in and turned on so that it’s ready for the next time you want to use it.

Now it’s time to plug our device in and power it on. Get your charger and make sure that the cable is connected to the power brick.

On the back of the device, on the left side, you’ll find a rubber door. This rubber door helps protect the device from dust.

Open up the rubber door and plug your device in.

Next, plug the device into the wall.

You’ll know that the device is charging when you see the blue LED light up on your charger.

Push the power button on the back of the device to see the battery charging indicator on the partner display.

If your device is charging, you’ll see a blue light below the power button.

Your iPad should start right up, but if it doesn’t, you can push the power button on the side of the iPad.

Remember, for your TD Pilot to fully charge, you need to have the base plugged in and turned on. This will charge both the base and the iPad at the same time.
