Dwell lets users select items on the screen just by hovering over them for a set time—no click or tap needed. This is ideal for users using eye gaze or headmouse.

To access the dwell setting, follow these steps:

Go to Menu > Settings > Access > Eye Gaze or Pointer.

In dwell settings, under Activate, you’ll find Dwell Time—here you’ll be able to set for how long you must hover before a selection is made.

Under Highlighting you can select visual or audio cues to show when a dwell is about to activate. 

After you make the changes, don’t forget to select OK.
