Smartbox and Dropbox accounts

Creating a Smartbox account allows you to sync settings, page sets, and customizations across multiple devices. This ensures that your content is backed up and can be restored in case of device issues or when using different devices. Your Smartbox account helps you stay updated with new features, page sets, and updates from the Smartbox. 

The remote support can also be used for enabling professionals to assist users in updating or customizing their setups remotely.

You can create a Smartbox account going to Menu > Accounts > Smartbox Account > select ‘New account’, insert your email and type a password, and then select ‘Create Account’.

You also need to create a Dropbox account. By selecting Dropbox > Connect > Allow. On the next page you’ll need to provide the following information: email, password, first and last name. If you already have a Dropbox account, you can use one that you have already connected.
