Your TD device will come with several components. Please make sure you have all these items before you continue: 

• The TobiiDynavox device: The package should contain either a TD i13 or i16.  
• The charging cable: In the box you should find the charging block and cables. 
• Magnetic stand: You should have also received a stand for your TD i13 or i16. The magnetic stand can be attached to the device so it can stand upright on a surface. If you cannot find it in the box, make sure it is not already attached to the device. 
• Wired keyboard: Included in the box is a wired keyboard. This can be used by a technology facilitator such as a caregiver during setup or support. 
• Documents: There are several documents you may find in the box. These can include guides, lease documents, and software license keys. Please keep these documents safe. 
• Accessories: Some TD i13 and i16 users will receive extra hardware such as buttons to interact with the device. 
• Mounting solutions: You may have received a floor stand, wheelchair or table mount for your device. You’ll find the components you need in your package. 

If your device is leased, it will need to be returned in the future. All the components included in the original shipment need to be packed back into the original box. Please be sure to safely store all boxes with the paperwork and any unused components.
